Now, when it comes to politics and politicians, specifically, I’m about as jaded as one person can possibly be. I generally don’t listen to political speeches as I’m skeptical of even the most seemingly hard-core pro-life political figures. So many elected officials know exactly the right things to say to win votes and excite the base, but then don’t back those words up with real pro-life legislative action.
