Cute Baby Blogging

It never fails – kids love the wheelchair! Whenever I’m around little kids they love to touch and grab at my wheelchair. I’m not quite sure what the attraction is. It’s not very shiny or anything. But they’re sure fascinated with it. Last night I did dinner and a movie with two of my friends and their two boys who were no exception:

I hope some of you guys are still bearing with me here (does anyone read this blog?). Maybe it doesn’t seem like a long time for some of you, but it kills me that I haven’t put anything on here since last Wednesday. I’ve also not been real happy with some of the stuff I have put up – like my heart’s just not been in it. I’m battling some serious writer’s block along with the time wasting distractions that follow. I wish I had a better excuse (you know, like, I’m just soooo busy I can’t get around to blogging!), but that’s it. I’ve even started several posts that I just can’t seem to finish! I don’t know what it is (other than the fact that I have absolutely no discipline), but I hope this week will be better! If not, then I don’t know what to tell you (maybe I’m just not cut out for this blogging thing after all? time to call it quits?) Pray for me.

  1. Keep on going! It won’t be long before someone will do or say something utterly wrong, hateful, evil, stupid,…you know where I’m going. Anyway somewhere along the line you’ll get inspired.
With that said, I’ll pray that your inspiration comes from the Holy Spirit!! That way you’ll be inspiring others!

  2. Thanks, Bob! I really needed/appreciate that!! BTW, I have been tweeting a little more often. But maybe that’s my problem – twitter is cramping my blogging style as it is much easier to just do a quick link to a story than have to think about something clever/meaningful to say about it…

I’ll get my groove back soon – I hope!

  3. Ha, boys love anything with wheels. Also, anything that goes “bang!”

  4. Chelsea,

We are here, we are here, we are here! And all the people in blogville were chanting together, but there was one who couldn’t find her voice. And then . . . .YOP!

A bloggers a blogger no matter how small. . . . and we NEED your voice! You write not just with your words but with who you are. You are a sign of HOPE for all whom the world tells, “you are hopeless.” Persevere my friend! God Bless!

If you are looking for a topic, I would like your insights/thoughts/reveiw of Called to Love, by Anderson and Granados.

Oh, Heavens, yes!! I’ve been laid flat with a 1-2 punch of tonsillitis and bronchitis, but I’m here, and appreciating every word you write! Your blog is a cherished haven of sanity, for me; don’t fear any lack of enjoyment and gratitude on my end! 🙂 (If I could figure out how to send a Hallmark card through this thing, I would! Well… even though some of the cards are pretty dumb, lately…)

Ooh! Darn it! Why didn’t I think to say that?!? The “cleverest reply of the day”, that is…

  6. Dear all,
I thank God for all of your words of support and the much needed confidence (ego?) boost! I’m coming around, I think. It may just be that my posting will have to be a bit lighter than I would like it to be (i.e. not every day). At least as I try to prioritize the activities I’ve gotten myself involved in and persevere in some sort of discipline so that I give in to fewer distractions and waste less time. Otherwise I’m just constantly playing catch up and the content of this blog – as far as I’m concerned – suffers as a result.

Thanks and happy feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus!
